The Manta Ray(TM) gets my vote for coolest looking Nerf® weapon to date.
This is the first toy to incorporate a shield and weapon in one. You can shoot up to 4 shots at once. The ammo fires at about a 10 inch wide spread, converging at approximately a 25 foot distance. It makes life a little harder for those who like to dodge.
This is unfortunately not really designed for us big kids, having a small space to put your hand. If you do not have small hands the edges will rub and can irritate your hand. I would recommend using a fingerless glove if this occurs to solve the problem.
This weapon is great for a secondary weapon, however since you have to hang on to it all the time it can make reloading the primary difficult.
Caution: Unless you are good at blocking you may find this toy more of a hindrance than a help.
